New poll!

From now on, there will be weekly polls to gather feedback from you guys.

The first of these polls is about changing how we address our platoons.

Alpha? Bravo? Charlie and Delta?

Maybe a time for a change, to freshen things up.

All ideas are welcome. Please scroll down and look to your right, the poll is there!

Reminder from CLT,

1) NCC Pledge recite together, loudly and clearly but do not rush. Shout extra loud the last 2 words : "OUR COUNTRY!".

2) Address your officers properly. When refering to him, address as RANK - NAME. E.g. CLT Benjamin. When saluting him, address as RANK-NAME-SALUTE. E.g. LT LEE, sir. or LT TEE, sir. DO NOT address as Sir Lee, Sir Zee or Sir Tee. That's only for knights in the UK, e.g. Sir Alex Ferguson.

3) From now on, any cadets who are late for fall-in will be punished by staying back for 30mins for an extra drills/PT session. Please inform your parents accordingly. Your names will also be recorded down. Repeat offenders will be sent to the school management.

4) In view of the high number of cadets who report sick during PTs, I urge all of you to keep yourself fit and healthy. Drink more water and workout regularly. Names of cadets who report sick will be recorded down and repeats in name will be dealt with seriously by the Officers. You will be referred to HOD CCA and/or medical personnels for certification immediately. A reminder, malingering, also known as 'keng' or acting sick, is a chargable offence in the SAF. Thus, NCC treats this very seriously.

5) Please enjoy your training more. Enjoy NCC! Come with a positive attitude and this 4/5 years will be the most enjoyable time in your life. I'm serious. =)

6) Please note our unit email address: xmsncc@yahoo.com Only the following personnels have access to the account : CO/TOs, CLTs, CSM. Do send your email, comments and feedback, encouragements (yes we do need encouragements!), complaints whatsoever here. We will address your concerns confidentially.

Have a nice weekend!

benjamin
